Wine and Cheese is actually my husbands thing. As for me, you say wine and I’m sold. So when the husband asks for a charcuterie board, I’m in!
Typically, I serve brie with a drizzle of honey and call it a day. But its currently Fall so I really wanted something warm and different. That is where this beauty came about. It is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. This is the easiest herby garlic baked brie you will ever make! And, its perfect for your coming up holiday gathering!

Ingredients
- 8 oz brie wheel
- 2-4 fresh garlic cloves, minced, divided
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1-2 Tbsp Agave (or honey)
- dash of cayenne
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350
- Place brie in an ovenproof baking dish. Pierce the top of your brie and create a few slivers. Tuck half of your minced garlic all the way into the brie.
- In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, add remainder ingredients until butter is melted.
- Pour prepared butter over the brie wheel and bake uncovered for the brie to melt. About 15-18 minutes. Brie will feel softened in middle once done.
- Thats it! Serve with your favorites crackers and wine!
